You will be able to load the settings the next time you open Putty. Once it’s done, get back to the “Session” tab, enter a name for the session and click Save. Then, extend the” Connection – SSH” tab, click on “X11” and check “Enable X11 forwarding”. Open Putty and type the IP address of the RPI in the “Host name” field (“Port” is usually 22 but set it to the SSH port of your SSH server). If you’re still here, we can continue : Launch Xming.

Now that we are ready with the softwares, let’s connect to the targeted Linux computer. I currently use Putty because it’s simple and ergonomic.
